Day 1: Bangkok-Vientiane 

Arrival at Wattay Airport or Mittaphab bridge where you will be met and transferred to your hotel. City tour visit to Wat Sisaket, Ho Prakeo, Patuxai and That Luang. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

 

Day 2: Vientiane-Luang Prabang

Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to Wattay airport for flight to Luang Prabang. Transfer to hotel, city tour of Luang Prabang.

Visit Wat Vixoun, Wat Xienthong, Wat May. Lunch and dinner at local restaurants.

 

Day 3: Luang Prabang (Pak Ou)

Full day excursion by boat along the Mekong to Pak ou holy caves "Thamting". Visit village Ban Xanghai, have a picnic lunch and visit Wat loung Khoune and Chomplet, then to the weaving village of Ban Phanom and dinner at a local restaurant.

 

Day 4: Luang Prabang (Kuang Si)

Full day excursion to Kuang Si waterfall. WVisit Kh'mu Village (hill tribe) with a picnic lunch. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

 

Day 5: Luang Prabang-Vientiane

Breakfast at hotel followed by a tour of a local market, Old King's Palace and then transfer to fly to Vientiane. Transfer to hotel for lunch and dinner at local restaurants.

 

Day 6: Vientiane-Departure

Breakfast, visit morning market for shopping and then transfer to either Wattay Airport or Mittaphab Bridge.
